DIY Zine Workshop for Teens
2:00 – 4:00 PM in the Virginia Bennett Room

Join San Franciso Zine Fest in this hands-on workshop as they lead us through several zine construction basics. A zine (short for magazine) is any self-published work with a circulation of about 100 copies or less. The form is open-ended, and can accommodate for any number of mediums, from comics to poetry to photography and more, as long as it can be committed to paper. This is why zines have been a popular form of expression for marginalized and disenfranchised voices. For ages 12-18. No registration needed, just drop in. Space is limited to first 15 students.

We hope you can join us for this afternoon of events for book-lovers and aspiring writers! You can print the event flyer as a reminder.
