Taxpayers are welcome to come to any Alameda County Library branch to use our public computers to print forms and instructions.  THERE IS A CHARGE FOR PRINTING.  Taxpayers without internet access may still call the IRS and have individual forms mailed out to them.  The number to call is 1-800-829-3676.
