Your Alameda County Library System is pleased to announce that the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SF MOMA) is now part of the Discover & Go system, which allows library card holders free or reduced-price tickets to museums and cultural institutions in the San Francisco Bay Area.

SF MOMA now offers Alameda County Library card holders  a  discount pass, which is good for group admission:

Adult ticket price of $14.00 per ticket per adult (regular adult admission $18.00).

Youth ticket price of $8.00 per ticket per youth (regular youth admission $11.00).

The discount pass is valid for all adults and youth in the group. Children 12 and under are free.  Please present the discount pass at the museum’s box office.

The following conditions apply for use of Discover & Go passes:

  • You must live in Alameda County.
  • You must be at least 15 years old.
  • You may not use an e-card or institutional card, you must have a physical library card.
  • You may have up to 2 reservations at a time.
  • You may cancel a reservation only if you have not already printed the admission pass.
  • The pass is for use only by the person named and only on the date specified. No photocopies are allowed. Valid ID is required.

Discover & Go passes can be obtained online by going to the Alameda County Library website at http://www.aclibrary.org/ and then clicking on the orange Discover & Go icon in the center of the main library webpage.
