October 2011

If you are interested in learning how to successfully grow plants native to California in your garden, you will want to attend a free program presented by Pete Veilleux of East Bay Wilds, this coming Saturday, November 5th, from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m.

A landscaper who specializes in native plants,  Mr. Veilleux will talk about how to use native plants to attract butterflies and birds, and how you can lower your watering bill and still have a beautiful garden.  A presentation of Pete’s stunning native plant photography is included in this program.

There will be time for questions and answers from the audience.  No registration is required for this program, though you are advised to arrive before 1:30 p.m.
