Is it that time again to buy a new toaster, television, or car?  Unless one had a subscription to Consumer Reports, one’s best bet was to go down to your local supermarket, or library and browse through the magazine stand.  That’s all a thing of the past with Alameda County Library’s newest database.

With EBSCOHost Research Collection , Consumer Reports is located in the EBSCO’s Masterfile Premier database. Besides this, there are comprehensive databases for finding articles on all topics; with the full text of more than 1,700 periodicals.
